Noknok Insights privacy notice

Noknok Insights is Noknok's internal dashboard for its leadership team. Only people Noknok has approved can sign in.

What we collect when you sign in

When you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive your name and email address, and nothing else. We don't read your mailbox, files, contacts or calendar.

What we use it for

Your email decides whether you can get in and which sections you see. Your name is shown in the app, for example on suggestions assigned to you. We keep a session cookie so you stay signed in for up to 30 days.

Who can see it

Noknok's Insights administrators. Your details aren't sold or shared with anyone outside Noknok. The app runs on Google Cloud in Europe.
